Purchase Terms and Conditions – Happy Heels

Placing an order on the website does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order. The order may be confirmed only after checking product availability, delivery details, and the selected payment method.

5. Placing an order

When choosing payment upon delivery, the customer pays for the order when receiving the parcel, according to the conditions of the selected delivery method.

In the case of a cashless payment method, delivery of the order may be carried out only after payment confirmation and receipt of funds in the seller’s current account.

8. Product delivery

Product delivery is carried out according to the delivery conditions available on the website at the time of placing the order.

Currently, orders are delivered by the Happy Heels delivery service. Soon, delivery through Nova Post will also be available, according to the rules, rates, and delivery conditions of this company.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, as well as a valid phone number.

The delivery time may vary depending on the locality, product availability, delivery method, the period when the order is placed, and possible external situations that may affect transport.

Happy Heels is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, the inability to contact the customer, unfavorable weather conditions, busy periods, or other situations that do not directly depend on the store.

9. Checking the product upon receipt

Upon receiving the parcel, the customer is advised to check the condition of the packaging and the ordered product.

After receipt, the customer should check:

  • whether the product matches the order;
  • whether the size and color are correct;
  • whether the product is complete;
  • whether there are any visible defects;
  • whether the packaging is damaged.

If there are any issues with the product or delivery, the customer should contact the Happy Heels team as soon as possible.

10. Returns and exchanges

The customer may request a return or exchange of products in accordance with the Happy Heels return and exchange policy and current consumer protection legislation.

In general, for products purchased online, a return may be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the return conditions are met.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must:
